Chest, triceps & shoulders

Today is my chest, triceps & shoulders day. After arriving at the gym, I concentrated warming up and stretching my upper body muscles. I started my chest workout with 2 warm-up sets and followed by 5x5 of bench press. I tried to lift heavy. Then I proceeded to the Smith machine for my shoulder press and did 5x5 of shoulder press. The last exercise I did was bar dips. I did 3x10 of bar dips. Bar-dip is a good exercise and quite easy to master but not that easy to perform. I reckon my upper body's definitely going to sore tomorrow. I know my effort will certainly pay off someday.
