Workout
I did a few heavy (at least for me) sets of biceps curls, 2 warm up sets of 10 reps each and then heavy set of 8 reps and reduced 2 reps after each set. This is followed by stiff-legged deadlift. My lower back is aching now.. This is the first I ever felt the pain in my lower back. Btw it's a good sign. My lower back muscles are going grow stronger! I ate a lot today. Keep eating throughout. Hopefully I can really gain 5 kg in the shortest time.
